Join us for a 60-minute power yoga flow on the deck of the Belvedere Lagoon, followed by the ultimate refresh: a "cold" plunge into the lagoon. After the dip, we’ll enjoy light wellness refreshments and time to hang, swim, and soak in some sun. The specially designed yoga class will weave together dynamic poses, music, breathwork, and the harmonium to strengthen the body, calm the mind, energize the spirit, and open the heart.
